Enerflex manufactures compression packages from 20 hp to 10,000 hp, with an increasing focus on high-horsepower compression to reduce operations and maintenance costs. In addition to our longstanding focus on reciprocating and rotary screw compression, Enerflex is experienced in centrifugal compression for applications such as high-horsepower refrigeration.
We package multiple OEM compressor brands, including Ariel, GE, Dresser-Rand, Howden and Howden-Thomassen, with gas-fuelled drivers from Caterpillar, Waukesha and MAN, and electric drivers from Toshiba, Siemens, ABB, Hyundai Ideal, or any customer preference EMD supplier. Separately we can even package the power generator, utilizing MAN, Waukesha or Jenbacher gensets.
Enerflex’s facilities offer complete engineering, design and standardized and custom-fabrication capacities. Our skilled engineers, technicians, and tradespeople operate dozens of assembly bays, as well as state-of-the-art systems and fabrication tools. Our recently expanded manufacturing facility near tidewater ports in Houston, Texas handles all international compression shipments, as well as serving the regional onshore and offshore market.
In addition to building completely custom equipment, Enerflex has standard package configurations using both Caterpillar and Waukesha gas engines that maximize cost-competitiveness and speed of delivery. We can also design a customer-standardized package, in which Enerflex develops an initial design customized to your needs, and then builds a run of multiple units to cover a whole field or even your entire fleet. This lowers the per-unit design cost and simplifies future parts sourcing and maintenance training.
Enerflex offers complete life-cycle service and support – including 24/7 mechanical service, global parts distribution, overhaul, and engine exchange.
We have extensive experience in compression optimization and the accompanying retrofit work.
Our compression packages are also available for rent, either on a long-term basis or for temporary compression capability while awaiting permanent installations.
