Welcome to the Enerflex Ltd. Compliance Hotline program, which is independently managed by a third party, completely confidential and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Enerflex is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics in our relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, regulators and the business communities we serve. The Compliance Hotline allows for the confidential, anonymous submission of information on virtually any matter including suggestions, concerns or reports of misconduct, to the Company’s General Counsel. The program is available for the use of any stakeholder of Enerflex.

The Company’s General Counsel manages the Compliance Hotline in accordance with the Purpose, Policies & Procedures of the Program and Enerflex’s Code of Business Conduct. Arrangements can be made to receive information about the Company's response to your concern.
